Qingdao Yuhao Microelectronics Equipment Co., Ltd. was established with initial entry into the semiconductor equipment sector, specializing in providing high-quality wafer diffusion furnaces, oxidation furnaces, specialized chain-type sintering furnaces for discrete components, vacuum furnaces, and related technical support.
Yuhao Company built a new production facility spanning 10,000 square meters. In the same year, the company launched its first independently developed fully automated diffusion furnace control system, successfully applied in multiple domestic semiconductor wafer manufacturing enterprises, gradually establishing influence within the industry.
Expanding production scale and increasing R&D investment, the company established modern production lines to provide customized equipment solutions for a broader client base.
The company pioneered an intelligent operating system with independent intellectual property rights, applied to wafer diffusion/oxidation furnaces and chain-type sintering furnaces, breaking foreign technological monopolies. Rapid sales growth established it as a renowned domestic brand.
The company completed technological upgrades, constructing a 4,000-square-meter office building and establishing a new R&D center to further enhance product innovation and competitiveness. That year, Yuhao successfully entered international markets, securing multiple overseas project orders.

To date, Yuhao has obtained certifications including High-Tech Enterprise recognition, provincial-level "Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, Innovative" enterprise titles, "First Set" honors, establishment of Qingdao's Wafer Diffusion Process "Expert Workstation," technology achievement evaluations, ISO9001-2015 quality management system certification, and over 20 other honors. It holds 5 invention patents and 50+ utility model patents.
Yuhao actively responded to green manufacturing initiatives by launching eco-friendly semiconductor equipment, promoting sustainable industry development, and obtaining multiple environmental certifications.
In response to future development needs and the national strategic call, Yuhao Corporation has invested in the construction of an innovative intelligent equipment industrial park, focusing on semiconductor intelligent equipment manufacturing and automation as its industrial model. The project covers 84 acres, with a total planned construction area of approximately 120,000 square meters. It is a high-tech enterprise industrial park integrating R&D, manufacturing, and sales, dedicated to semiconductor-specific 8-12-inch heating furnace equipment, IGBT continuous vacuum sintering furnaces, heating furnace thermal fields, and graphite tool processing. Its products serve various industries, including electronic components, semiconductor wafer materials, third-generation semiconductor materials, and solar photovoltaic sectors. The company aims to establish an intelligent equipment manufacturing industrial chain, promote industrial agglomeration, and build a benchmark industrial park in Chengyang District, Qingdao.
