1. Product Application and Description:
Primarily used for soldering processes of various electronic components, diodes, rectifiers, automotive electronics and other products held by tweezers in protective atmosphere, combined with solder paste, solder strips and other related soldering materials.
The equipment mainly consists of heating system, gas system, cooling system, transmission system, electrical control system, frame and other components.

The control section comprises an industrial PC, PLC, high-precision temperature controller and other components.
1) Independent temperature control for each zone, capable of controlling silicon-controlled modules and thermocouples to form furnace temperature control loops for precise furnace temperature (external temperature) control. Can also monitor and record channel temperatures during preheating zone operations.
2) Temperature curve analysis function: Periodically measures and analyzes furnace chamber temperature and actual surface temperature curves of workpieces; Can externally connect 1 thermocouple for real-time furnace temperature monitoring (reflow temperature), displaying and storing measured temperature curves.
3) Display screen shows set temperature, measured temperature and overtemperature alarm signals, equipped with alarm light tower.
4) Historical data recording: Stores 10 sets of fixed process parameter settings, process temperature curves, speed records, temperature records and other alarm information.
5) Compatible with ERP/MES, remote monitoring and equipment operation.
6) Uses commercial PC control with user-friendly HMI interface, enabling curve storage/auto-recall and large-capacity storage. Customers can set multiple usage curves for different products and recall them anytime.
7) Automatic alarm and power cutoff when furnace temperature exceeds set value or thermocouple breaks.
8) Parameter adjustment: Including temperature and control parameters adjustable via display screen.
